Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to admin work that pulls nurses away from what matters most: people. We’re changing that by building the AI companion that frees nurses from admin, giving them back up to 30% of time. We don’t replace humans - we support and amplify their impact. Today, 1,500+ care facilities trust voize, and over 150,000 nurses rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. As a fast-growing team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission!

Your Mission: Win big and shape the enterprise landscape! As our Founding Account Executive - US (NYC-based), you’ll lead the charge in acquiring and closing strategic enterprise deals. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, and build pipeline from scratch. You’ll run enterprise sales cycles with skilled nursing facility (SNF) operators and close the first paid pilots and rollouts. This is a rare opportunity to own a new market end-to-end, report directly to our CEO, and help shape the narrative that will unlock our next stage of growth.

Your Daily Business – No two days are alike:

  • Strategic acquisition: Identify and engage with enterprise-level prospects, navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Complex negotiations: Lead high-stakes negotiations, managing legal and procurement processes to successful closures.
  • Tailored solutions: Collaborate with our product and tech teams to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Market leadership: Identify strategic opportunities and contribute to voize's go-to-market strategy for the US.
  • Cross-functional teamwork: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape our enterprise sales approach.

Your Skillset – What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing complex deals in the $100k-$2M+ ACV range.
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline (outbound/events) and thrive without heavy enablement, brand pull, or SDR support.
  • A true builder mindset: you create structure from ambiguity and take ownership when there is no playbook yet.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level and senior stakeholders in procurement-heavy environments.
  • High energy and an engaging personality - you leave people excited to work with you, every single time.
  • Willingness to travel.

Growing together – What you can expect at voize:

  • We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people.
  • We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events from our New York Hub.
  • Become a co-creator of our success with stock options.
  • 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, public holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan, short-term & long-term disability insurance and life insurance and 401(k) retirement plan.
