We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part-Time Accessories & Jewellery Sales Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will be passionate about fashion and accessories, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves helping customers find the perfect products, maintaining attractive visual displays, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing a warm and engaging shopping experience.
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations to help customers choose jewellery and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including new collections and promotions.
- Replenish stock and ensure displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock deliveries, inventory checks, and merchandising.
- Help achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Support the team with opening and closing procedures when required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
