About This Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products and AI-ready data services. This role focuses on transforming custom analytics solutions into scalable, production-grade products while enabling faster adoption of AI across the organisation. The individual will provide technical leadership across advanced analytics platforms, marketing technology ecosystems, and data enablement frameworks, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with business growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full lifecycle management of enterprise data products, from concept to scalable, multi-market deployment
  • Define and implement product roadmaps focused on scalability, maturity, and cross-market adoption
  • Develop and manage reusable Data Enablers, including templates and automated data preparation services to accelerate AI initiatives
  • Oversee mission‑critical platforms including web and app analytics solutions, SDK lifecycle management, and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Drive integration and optimisation of Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Tealium, consent and privacy tools)
  • Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics teams to productise high‑value custom solutions
  • Embed AI and automation across data product lifecycles to improve efficiency and time‑to‑market
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous delivery for analytics and marketing tool stacks
  • Lead and develop a distributed, cross‑functional team delivering large‑scale data initiatives

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in data product management, platform engineering, or digital analytics leadership
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, multi‑location teams with varied technical expertise
  • Strong product‑focused mindset with experience in scaling solutions into standardised products
  • Deep knowledge of analytics platforms, SDK management, and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Expertise in preparing data for AI use cases and defining reusable data structures
  • Experience managing large‑scale data product roadmaps across multiple business entities
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
