What You’ll Do
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Correspondence Management: Handle emails and other communications, replying where appropriate and using sound judgement for meeting requests.
- Travel and Expense Coordination: Arrange travel for senior leaders and manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Ad-hoc Project Support: Assist with projects and tasks to enhance departmental efficiency and foster a positive working culture.
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting senior executives for 5+ years in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, resilient, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled at building effective relationships and navigating organisational structures to break down barriers.
