What You’ll Do
- You’ll step into a highly visible leadership role at the heart of Vodafone Business—owning and shaping how we develop, deliver, and grow our commercial propositions.
- Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of propositions—from identifying market opportunities through to delivery and in‑market performance.
- You’ll play a critical role within our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) function, driving growth and ensuring our portfolio delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
- Lead and own the overall propositions strategy and roadmap, shaping future offerings from ideation through to delivery.
- Drive the end‑to‑end development of propositions, including opportunity assessment, business case creation, and launch execution.
- Take full accountability for the performance of propositions in market, embedding a strong commercial and trading mindset.
- Champion a customer‑first approach, ensuring propositions are rooted in real customer needs and market insights.
- Partner closely with Product teams to define requirements and ensure delivery of capabilities that support proposition success.
- Redesign and optimise the proposition development process, linking market opportunity and customer insight to commercially robust business cases.
- Work cross‑functionally with Pricing, GTM, and Commercial Marketing teams to bring propositions to market effectively.
- Lead collaboration across Sales, Brand, Product, and wider business teams to align on commercial objectives and execution.
- Drive innovation by engaging with Strategy and other functions to ensure Vodafone maintains a leading market position.
- Build and evolve a strategic propositions pillar, monetising capabilities across portfolios in a segment‑agnostic way.
- Lead, develop, and transform the Propositions team into a high‑performing, commercially focused function.
Who You Are
- Strong experience in commercial roles such as propositions, product, strategy, or go‑to‑market.
- Proven ability to develop and execute proposition or portfolio strategies end‑to‑end.
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience managing performance, business cases, and P&L impacts.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Ability to translate customer insight and market trends into compelling, commercially viable propositions.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities and demanding timelines.
