About This Role
Location: Newbury or Paddington. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Head of Sales and Head of Business Operations in the UK. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities. You will act as a key point of contact across VOIS and partner teams, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient diary management.
What You’ll Do
- Manage diaries and commitments, ensuring meetings are well‑prepared with agendas and relevant materials.
- Use sound judgement to prioritise and accept meeting requests, handle emails and correspondence, responding where appropriate or forwarding to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the creation of presentation materials for internal and external conferences.
- Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and associated approvals and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other PAs to share best practices and maintain cover during absences.
