We are seeking a DEX Adoption & Change Expert to design and deliver high-impact, audience-aligned adoption and change initiatives that accelerate employee value realisation from Office IT and AI-enabled digital workplace capabilities. Sitting within the Strategy, Design & Architecture team in Group Office IT, this role plays a key part in shaping how employees confidently and responsibly adopt Copilot for Microsoft 365 and AI agents across Vodafone’s global workforce.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute targeted adoption and change initiatives for Digital Workplace and AI capabilities, aligned to global strategy and local market needs.
- Translate adoption strategies, frameworks and playbooks into engaging, practical deliverables such as campaigns, learning assets, communications, and events for diverse audiences and maturity levels.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for GenAI adoption, supporting experimentation, use-case discovery, and responsible usage across business functions.
- Apply creative storytelling and behavioural insights to drive sustained change, moving beyond awareness towards confident, value-driven usage.
- Partner closely with product, design, communications, and business and local adoption leads to ensure consistency, relevance, and measurable impact of adoption activities.
Who You Are
- An individual with hands-on experience using Copilot for Microsoft 365 and AI agents in day-to-day work contexts, with confidence in sharing practical knowledge and examples.
- Experienced in delivering adoption and change initiatives within complex, enterprise environments.
- Skilled in audience-centred design, tailoring messages and enablement approaches to different personas, roles, and levels of digital maturity.
- A creative storyteller who can turn strategy into compelling narratives, campaigns, and learning experiences that inspire action.
- Comfortable applying systems thinking and agile or iterative delivery models to connect strategy, behaviours, and technology.
