About this Role
We are seeking a Voice Core Engineering and Delivery Engineer to integrate, test, and deploy Voice Core information systems across CS and IMS domains within customer networks. This role focuses on delivering high-quality software and hardware integration, supporting the introduction of new technologies, and ensuring seamless end-to-end network performance aligned with customer and organisational standards.
What you'll do
- Design client-specific software and hardware solutions for Voice Core information systems
- Define technical requirements for Voice Core platforms in line with customer needs
- Perform testing and acceptance of new software releases and systems
- Deploy and integrate new hardware and software within existing Voice Core environments
- Conduct end-to-end integration to ensure compatibility with previous software releases
- Prepare and deliver customised information packages (e.g. MML commands) for operational teams
- Support project coordination activities, including planning and status reporting
- Contribute to low-level design specifications for new services and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to deliver projects
Who you are
- Experienced in CS and IMS domain information systems such as MSS/MGW, STP, DRA, HSS, HLR, SBC, CSCF, and TASK
- Knowledgeable in software lifecycle processes, including design, testing, implementation, and optimisation
- Familiar with 3GPP technologies and protocols relevant to Voice Core systems
- Comfortable working in virtual, multicultural environments
- Educated to degree level in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field
- Aware of broader telecommunications and ICT ecosystems
- Skilled in understanding interdependencies between complex information systems
