About VOID Films
VOID Films (the trading name of Marlborough Creative Studios Ltd) is an ambitious new independent film development company developing a slate of premium British films featuring confirmed A-list talent. We are seeking a proven sales professional to raise equity investment for our development slate. This role offers substantial earning potential on a commission-only basis, with the flexibility of self-employment.
The Role
As Fundraiser, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing investors to provide equity finance for VOID Films’ development activities.
This is a self-employed, commission-only contractor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete fundraising process from prospect identification to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and alternative investment networks.
- Present approved investment materials to prospective investors.
- Negotiate terms and structure deals in collaboration with company leadership.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of investors.
- Represent the company at industry and networking events.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record in fundraising, private equity, or investment sales.
- Strong understanding of investment sales, compliance requirements, and FCA financial promotion rules.
- Understanding of investment markets and compliance boundaries.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
