Void Acoustics is a design led professional loudspeaker manufacturer, supplying customers worldwide. We are looking for a Sales Administrator (Mandarin Speaking) to support and manage our APAC customer base from our Poole headquarters.
Hours: 07:30AM - 16:30PM to align with APAC time zones.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a hands on, commercially focused role where you’ll manage your own accounts, deal directly with customers and keep orders, cash, and communication moving efficiently and proactively. Please note that the role may involve occasional international travel.
You’ll support our APAC Regional Sales Manager across a variety of tasks, including:
- Day to day sales administration for APAC customers
- Order processing, invoicing and customer communication using SAP Business One
- Proactive follow up on orders and cash collection
- Managing customer expectations around lead times, deliveries and any service issues
- Dealing confidently and professionally with challenging or sensitive customer situations
- Close coordination with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams
- Maintaining accurate records and reports using Excel and Outlook
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in a sales administration, customer support or commercial role
- Fluent Mandarin, with strong spoken and written English, required for business communication
- Confident, professional and commercially aware, with the ability to represent the business effectively
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable challenging customers constructively when required, while maintaining a professional approach
- Proven experience managing conflict and complex customer situations
- Experience using SAP Business One
- Strong Excel skills, including tracking, reporting and maintaining accuracy
- Highly organised, reliable and detail focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
