Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Poole.
Purpose of Role
To support the Senior Leadership Team through effective coordination, communication, scheduling and organisational support, whilst helping improve operational efficiency and protecting leadership focus and time.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and meeting management for SLT members
- Coordination of internal meetings, agendas and follow up actions
- Supporting strategic project coordination and communication
- Managing travel, accommodation and logistics where required
- Assisting with preparation of presentations, reports and documentation
- Supporting communication flow between SLT and wider teams
- Maintaining organisational structure and administrative discipline
- Supporting onboarding and general office coordination activities
