Social Project Manager – Social & Influencer Agency

Role Overview
Drive the planning, execution and delivery of influencer‑led social media campaigns for high‑profile clients from start to finish. Manage cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality work that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own multiple client accounts and oversee project workflows from concept through launch.
- Lead creative production across social, digital, video and storyline elements.
- Develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; monitor spend against budget and report financial outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including client briefs, internal reviews and senior updates.
- Coordinate with internal specialists and external talent, cultivating relationships to maximise creative output.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance, spotting and correcting small errors before release.
- Adapt to fast‑paced, high‑turnaround environments, staying calm under pressure.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a project manager in a social media or influencer marketing environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent people and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high‑quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple high‑volume, fast‑turnaround projects.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of the UK market desirable.
