The Role At a Glance
Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor Legal Executive
Hybrid working from Milton Keynes or Bicester Office / Remote working options available.
Up to £45,000 + Bonus following successful probation.

Full‑Time – Permanent. Hours: 9am‑5pm, Monday‑Friday.

Role Responsibilities
- Independently manage a conveyancing caseload with a high degree of diligence and care.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly AML legislation.
- Utilise modern case management systems to optimise efficiency and service delivery.
- Participate actively in professional development events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the expansion of our introducer network and commercial partnerships.
- Understand and apply the firm’s billing protocols, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Act as an ambassador for Evolve Law, upholding our culture, vision, and values at all times.
- Support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and shared learning opportunities.
About You
- Relevant Legal Qualifications And/or Substantial Experience In Residential Conveyancing.
- Proficiency in legal case management systems.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
- A strong desire for continuous improvement and professional growth.
