Process Analytical Chemist / Chemical Engineer
Location: Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire (OX11 0RL) – 3 days per week on-site with occasional international travel for customer visits and conferences
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Analysing customer samples in the lab to create datasets for model development
- Building chemometric models to demonstrate the IRmadillo\’s capabilities
- Working directly with customers to implement and troubleshoot models
- Supporting the sales team by explaining spectroscopy and understanding customer chemistry
- Helping customers integrate spectrometers with their plant control systems
Essential

- A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends or issues in data
- A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn and contribute across the team
