Your Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant – ACCA, ACA, or CIMA. Preferably Big‑4
- Hands‑on finance leadership in a scaling tech company, with a record of successful funding rounds or exits
- Proficient in SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC) and complex hybrid models
- Knowledge of M&A and fundraising
- Based in or willing to relocate to Leeds; onsite 2 days per week
Your Expertise
You are a commercially astute finance partner who can embed best practices, build robust processes, and drive insight‑led decisions at scale. You thrive working with senior leadership and shaping strategy for rapid growth and eventual exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Build real‑time reporting dashboards and MI for day‑to‑day and board level decisions
- Manage finance across agency retainers and SaaS subscriptions with differing economics
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
- Prepare the company for exit – clean books, compelling story, data room, and due diligence support
