About the Role
As an Artist Sourcing Specialist, your mission is to identify and recruit elite professional voice-over artists that align with our Ideal Contributor Profile. You will lead outbound efforts, balancing direct recruitment with the cultivation of a strategic "bench" of studios and agencies to ensure rapid scalability across diverse languages and categories. By blending supply intelligence with authentic community engagement, you won’t just grow our numbers, you’ll build the foundation that establishes Voices as the global leader in both licensed voice and Voice AI.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Artist Growth: Identify and engage premier voice-over artists aligned with our Ideal Contributor Profile.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute high-touch campaigns across LinkedIn, industry communities, and global job boards.
- Brand Positioning: Craft compelling narratives framing the platform as the leader in licensed voice and AI.
- Growth Marketing: Drive measurable increases in artist signups through consistent, high-volume outreach.
- Performance Analytics: Track activity, conversion rates, and quality alignment to optimize sourcing ROI.
- Demand Calibration: Refine targeting strategies based on real-time marketplace gaps and performance signals.
- Community Activation: Partner with Marketing to lead sourcing initiatives within professional creative forums.
- Channel Innovation: Test emerging sourcing channels and contribute data-driven insights on effectiveness.
- Ecosystem Credibility: Build brand authority and trust within specialized professional creative communities.
- Supply Management: Maintain a structured database of global recording studios and agencies.

- Distributed Team: While you are always welcome at our Ontario hub, your attendance is optional. If we ever require your presence for a specific event, we’ve got you covered: travel and accommodations will be fully funded.
Compensation
United Kingdom Remote: Competitive base salary plus a performance-driven commission structure tailored to your geographic region. A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
