Heidi is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the UK, primarily remote with optional London facilities.
You will own the full technical lifecycle for enterprise customers, from first deployment to a self-sufficient operation, including EMR integrations, SSO, and data pipelines.
You’ll work with Product and Engineering to surface customer needs and drive the roadmap.
You’ll code and configure integrations, diagnose complex issues, and build scalable tooling.
