Senior Fleet (Operations) Manager role at Voi Technology. Responsible for the local Fleet Management team, day‑to‑day operations, and ensuring the charges, maintenance, repair, rescue, and tidiness of vehicles. Manage site managers, team leads, shift supervisors, and oversee 3rd‑party logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Set long‑term fleet management strategy, budget and plan with Head of Fleet Management UK.
- Develop and iterate operational workflows, localising best practices and contributing to the wider fleet management community.
- Drive day‑to‑day and week‑to‑week operational excellence through continuous KPI monitoring and immediate action.
- Recruit, onboard and engage team members to maintain SLA delivery with stakeholders.
- Plan workforce and facilities capacity to achieve lowest operating cost.
- Maximise vehicle utilisation to keep fleet on street and ridden as much as possible.
- Guard physical assets—vehicles, facilities, operational vehicles—to extend lifetime and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and friendly environment while delivering best‑in‑class performance.
- Ensure a safe work environment, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
