Voi Technology – joining one of the world’s leading e‑scooter operators. We’re looking for a Fleet Manager responsible for the day‑to‑day in‑field and warehouse operations in Scotland. The role involves fleet and facility management, logistics, recruitment, financial budgeting and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and continuously improve operational workflows applying best practices and contributing to the wider fleet management community.
  • Run efficient, H&S compliant operations—including field logistics, repair operations and facility management—and negotiate with landlords.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and taking corrective action.
  • Manage relationships with local 3PL partners on strategic and day‑to‑day basis.
  • Deliver defined operational targets, including budget goals for operating costs.
  • Recruit, onboard and engage required roles for year‑round operations.
  • Plan workforce and facilities capacity to meet demand and minimise cost.
  • Maximise fleet availability by keeping vehicles on the street as many hours as possible.
  • Foster a collaborative, friendly environment with best‑in‑class performance.
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of experience in operations, logistics, production or a related field.
  • Experience managing a large team.
  • Understanding of business management, financial principles and proficiency with MS‑Office, G‑suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong independence and self‑direction; minimal oversight required.
  • Willingness to spend up to 90 % of time at the warehouse and travel to markets/warehouses as needed.
