Your mission at Voi: As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll help ensure our e-scooters and e-bikes are safe, ready to ride, and available where customers need them most.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting and delivering vehicles to support daily operations
- Finding and collecting damaged vehicles
- Battery swaps and replacements
- Quick on-site repairs when needed
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles in the warehouse
- Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired
- Supporting warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging)
- Helping the team with tasks like checking vehicle condition, clearing parking areas, and resetting fallen vehicles
What you’ll need:
- A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no major offences) and eligible for our e-van insurance
- Confidence driving in London and navigating the city
- A proactive, responsible mindset and strong teamwork skills
- A calm approach in busy or stressful situations (traffic, parking issues, etc.)
- Physical fitness to carry and move heavy loads
- Basic comfort with digital tools
Note: You may be required to complete a DBS check for this role.
Job conditions:
- Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 (2-week rotation)
- Working hours: Middle shift (10:00–18:00) (flexibility required)
- Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
