As a Fleet Specialist, you'll keep Voi's electric vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You'll split your time between the city and the warehouse, using a company e-van to maintain and recharge our fleet. Full training provided – no mechanical experience needed.
Responsibilities
- City: Swap batteries, rebalance the fleet across the city, carry out minor on-the-spot fixes and deploy vehicles safely and be a friendly face for the public.
- Warehouse: Maintain, repair and diagnose vehicles, receive, pack and send out new vehicles and batteries, keep the workspace clean, safe and organised.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, no more than 6 points, no major offences.
- 21 or over.
- Reliability, teamwork, initiative, active physical work using provided tools, clear communication, calm under pressure, respectful treatment of everyone.
Nice to have: Vehicle repair experience, logistics driving, forklift/first aid/ADR certificates, interest in micromobility.
Job Conditions
- Shifts: Friday – Tuesday 06:00 – 14:00
- Contract: Fixed-term, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
- Equipment: All tools and a Voi e-van provided.
