The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll keep Voi’s electric vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You’ll split your time between the city and the warehouse, using a company e‑van to maintain and recharge our fleet. Full training is provided – mechanical experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • In the city: Swap batteries and rebalance the fleet across the city
  • Carry out minor on‑the‑spot fixes and escalate larger issues
  • Deploy vehicles safely and be a friendly face for the public
  • In the warehouse: Maintain, repair and diagnose vehicles
  • Receive, pack and send out new vehicles and batteries
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe and organised

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, no more than 6 points, no major offences (age 21+)
  • Reliable, follows through on commitments
  • Enjoys teamwork and takes initiative when needed
  • Comfortable with active, physical work using provided tools and equipment
  • Communicates clearly and is confident with basic digital tools
  • Stays calm under pressure and treats everyone with respect

Nice to have

  • Vehicle repair experience
  • Logistics driving experience
  • Forklift, first aid, ADR certificates
  • Interest in micromobility

Job Conditions

  • Shifts: 5 days out of 7 – daytime, with some evening flexibility depending on operational needs
  • Contract: Fixed‑term, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
  • Equipment: All tools and a Voi e‑van are provided
