Help shape the future of sustainable urban mobility by making Vois international public-sector tender process rigorous, reliable, and ready to win. Reporting to the Director of Tenders, you will: Own the end-to-end tender lifecycle: from early market preparation and product demonstrations through compliance validation and final submission. Working closely with the wider Tender team and colleagues across Legal, Operations, Tech, and Content, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, high-stakes projects. Your work will help ensure that Vois proposals meet the regulatory, operational and procedural requirements of cities and towns across our markets. Lead pre-tender planning, including market research, regulatory scoping, partner collaboration, and readiness milestones. Establish and run robust PMO practices across each tender, covering kick-offs, risk assessments, RACI frameworks, deliverables, quality reviews, clarification periods, and submission deadlines.
