With the expansion of our operations in the UK, we are now looking for aFleet Specialist Team Lead who will be responsible for leading our warehouse- and in-field operations in London.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Team Lead, you will work under the Senior Fleet Manager and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. xgikmsk
You will divide your time between managerial duties such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site.

  • Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists
  • Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal usage
  • Health&Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance
  • Incident Management: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies
