If you enjoy being on the move, solving practical problems, and seeing the impact of your work every day, this role is for you.

Here are some of the tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist:

    • Search for and collect damaged or incorrectly parked vehicles
    • Replace batteries in the field to keep vehicles charged and ready to ride
    • Support the local team with tasks such as clearing parking areas and setting up fallen vehicles
  • Workshop & maintenance (repairs & safety): At our warehouse, you will:
    • Perform quick inspections and on-site repairs of vehicles
    • Diagnose and repair damaged or non-functional vehicles
    • Recycle and dismantle vehicles that can't be repaired, following our sustainability standards
    • Help receive, unpack, and prepare new vehicles and batteries
    • Keep the workspace organised, safe, and efficient

You will work closely with the rest of the Gloucester team and your Operations Manager to hit our fleet availability and quality targets.

What you'll need to embark:

  • Driving licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences, to meet our e-van insurance requirements. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment process.
  • In-depth knowledge of your city and experience driving in your city
  • Responsible team player who can manage tasks alone and also work well together in a group
  • Ability to motivate others and share knowledge within the team
  • Pragmatic problem-solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions, and works hard to reach team targets and OKRs
  • Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
  • Ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic)
  • Physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads

PLEASE NOTE: You may be required to go through a DBS Check for this role.
