Your mission at Voi:
- Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters
- Searching for and collecting damaged scooters
- Battery replacement
- Performing quick on-site repairs of the scooters
- Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles
- Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired
- Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse
- Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles
What you'll need to embark:
- Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences, to meet our e‑van insurance requirements. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment process.
- In-depth knowledge of your city and you’re used to driving in your city
- Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and also work well together in a group
- Ability to motivate others and to share knowledge within the team
- Pragmatic problem‑solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions and works hard to reach the team targets and OKR’s
- Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
- Has the ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic…)
- You have a physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads
PLEASE NOTE: You may be required to go through a DBS Check for this role.

- Working shifts: 3 out of 7 (fixed shift pattern)
