Voduz Hair are continuing to grow and are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team. If you are a proactive, organised individual with a passion for hair, beauty, and digital marketing, and you’re excited to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
The Role: The Marketing Assistant will support across multiple areas of the business including trade marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and e-commerce. This is a hands-on, varied role involving content creation, campaign execution, email marketing, and performance analysis to support the growth of Voduz Hair across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, including in-store activations and retail support.
- Assisting with influencer marketing, including outreach, gifting, and tracking performance.
- Creating, managing, and maintaining Voduz Hair’s social media platforms, contributing to engagement and brand awareness.
- Handling daily direct message correspondence across all social channels.
- Content creation for social channels including filming and editing, being confident on camera and participating in TikTok live across both our UK and Irish Platforms.
- Supporting e-commerce activity, including email marketing, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Liaising with graphic designers to create visually engaging, on-brand content.
- Assisting with photoshoots, campaign shoots, and brand events.
- Monitoring and analysing performance across social, influencer, and e-commerce channels, providing insights and recommendations.
- Keeping up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to grow the brand.
The Individual: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with strong organisational and communication skills, a passion for the hair and beauty industry, and a creative mindset. The ideal candidate will be confident working across multiple channels and comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
