Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Be part of our Business UK function, a team that are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity. With our extensive range of products and services, we help all kinds of organisations - from small, local businesses to multi-national corporations - unlocking the potential of new technologies, including 5G, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT).
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage compelling business cases that support transformation initiatives
- Provide insight to help prioritise investments and shape strategic decisions
- Track and report value delivery against agreed financial and operational targets
- Identify risks to value delivery and drive mitigation actions to keep programmes on track
- Deliver clear, structured reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
- Define and maintain robust value tracking frameworks and methodologies
- Create performance dashboards and reporting that enable leadership visibility
- Collaborate with Business Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment on targets and outcomes
- Support quarterly performance and value review cycles, ensuring transparency and accountability
Who you are:
- You have strong experience in financial analysis, business case development, and performance management
- You're confident tracking and validating financial and operational benefits across complex programmes
- You bring advanced data analysis skills (e.g. Excel, financial modelling, performance reporting)
- You have strong commercial awareness and understand cost drivers and value levers within service operations
- You're comfortable working closely with Finance and business stakeholders to align on targets and performance
- You can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior decision-making
- You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your analysis and reporting
- You understand the telecoms industry and its market dynamics (consulting experience is a plus)
