Location: London or Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do

  • The Towers and Estates team has responsibility for the management of cell site providers and the services they provide for Vodafone Three.
  • The Towers and Estates Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting the Towers and Estates Strategy Lead with setting, communicating and evaluating the overall cell site provider strategy for VodafoneThree.
  • Maintain a strategic understanding of each of the opportunities, obligations and penalties associated with the key TowerCo and MSP contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a medium to long term strategy document for each of the key TowerCos and MSPs in the VF3 network.
  • Monitor the use of site provider and towerco portfolios in the network plan against VF3 volume commitments.
  • Provision of, and maintaining guidance to network planning teams in relation to site provider and TowerCo contracts.
  • Work closely with the Legal teams to ensure correct interpretation of contracts.
  • Liaise with counterparts in VMO2 in relation to Joint MSP Strategy.
  • Assist the contract/portfolio managers during the contract change process by providing a strategic impact analysis of proposed contract changes.

Who You Are

  • Ability to assimilate and analyse site data and produce clear management reports.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • At least 5 years working level exposure to the design, planning, delivery and operation of Mobile Networks.
  • Familiarity with TowerCo and site provider contractual arrangements.
