Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you will do
- We're looking for a Talent Manager to shape and deliver our leadership, talent, succession and assessment agenda at enterprise scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who can turn strategy into action, build strong leadership pipelines, and help create a culture where people and performance thrive.
- Shape and evolve the enterprise talent and leadership strategy in line with business priorities and ambition.
- Design talent planning and succession processes, ensuring strong governance and enabling high-quality discussions and clear actions across the business.
- Establish and embed evidence-based leadership standards that reflect VodafoneThree's purpose, culture and ambition, and raise the bar for inclusive, high-impact leadership behaviours.
- Design and deliver a cohesive leadership development offer for leaders at all levels.
- Drive a high-performing talent and performance cycle, using insight and people data to identify risks, measure impact and improve outcomes.
- Own early careers strategy, including graduate and early careers programmes, career pathways and experience opportunities that strengthen future talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Partners, TA, Frontline L&D and business leaders to enable aligned talent, leadership and early careers plans, targeted interventions and practical tools that support organisational performance and growth.
- Lead and develop the team, building capability, setting direction and creating a strong leadership community across the organisation.
Who you are
- You bring strong experience in enterprise talent strategy, strategic workforce planning and succession planning within a complex organisation.
- You know how to design and deliver leadership development, talent review and assessment approaches that are practical, scalable and evidence-based.
- You are confident using people insight and data to monitor pipeline health, identify risks and evaluate impact.
- You are a credible senior stakeholder manager who can influence, facilitate change and translate strategy into clear frameworks, tools and action.
- You lead with a growth mindset, collaborate effectively, navigate complexity and balance strategic thinking with delivery.
- You have the people leadership capability to coach teams, build capability and create an inclusive, high-performance environment.
