Join us at the heart of our business in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

  • Support the creation and ongoing review of succession plans, helping to strengthen readiness and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to the design of capability and development plans, making use of internal and external learning solutions.
  • Lead the delivery and facilitation of leadership, talent and capability activity within the functions as required, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Work with Skills & Capabilities colleagues and wider Talent teams to embed joined-up initiatives that are practical and well adopted.
  • Track and share talent and capability insights (e.g. pipeline health, diversity, retention, programme impact) to support focus and continuous improvement.

Who you are:

  • You bring experience in Networks and/or IT environments, with a good understanding of key roles, skills and emerging technology trends.
  • You have worked with senior stakeholders to translate functional priorities into talent, skills or organisation-focused plans.

  • You are comfortable using people and skills data to understand gaps, inform priorities and review progress.
  • You have experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning and development planning, particularly for technical or specialist populations.
  • You are comfortable facilitating discussions and contributing to conversations that shape priorities and outcomes.
