We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. What you'll do Working in a team of like-minded and highly skilled Network Engineers, the primary focus for this role is delivery of reliable LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions using a wide range of products from data vendors including: Cisco and Vodafone for one of VodafoneThree's largest Enterprise and Global customers. The role will be predominantly based on our customer site in Leiston, Suffolk. Role Responsibilities: Plan, Design and Implement network solutions to meet customer business requirements. Technical Lead for delivery of customer network projects. Ensure Change Control and other mandatory processes are adhered to. Ensure all work is risk-assessed with the production and maintenance of H providing regular updates to management and key stakeholders. Management and coordination of 3rd party suppliers. Presentation of solutions delivered to team members and colleagues as required. Provide technical support and assistance to pre-sales activity. Develop and maintain departmental procedures and customer best practices standards. Ensure technical knowledge is kept up to date and make recommendations to changes in customer technical standards. Work co-operatively with team members and colleagues, contributing positively and constructively to the achievement of team and organisational objectives. Who you are Extensive experience working with (configuring and implementing) predominantly Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions in an enterprise environment. Extensive field experience including installation of networking equipment. Self-motivating individual with the ability to develop strong customer relationships as well as functioning in a team environment. Full SC Security Clearance or the ability to obtain. Able to work a flexible shift pattern between the hours of 8am-6pm, with also being on standby for out of hours remote support as
