Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do

  • You will step into a high-impact senior commercial leadership role where you'll shape how VodafoneThree connects with some of the world's largest multinational organisations.
  • You'll lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for multinational customers, aligning with enterprise priorities while tailoring approaches to drive growth and profitability.
  • You'll oversee performance across multiple sub-channels, ensuring trading plans, propositions, and initiatives are delivered at pace.
  • You'll own acquisition, retention, and in-life value strategies, balancing growth ambitions with cost-to-serve and long-term value creation.
  • You'll take full accountability for delivering significant annual revenue, translating financial targets into actionable, high-impact commercial execution.
  • You'll act as the single point of accountability for key commercial decisions, ensuring governance, control, and compliance with frameworks and policies.
  • You'll drive channel trading performance, proactively identifying risks, shaping interventions, and optimising outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
  • You'll lead forecasting, planning, and financial delivery, ensuring strong P&L performance, accurate forecasting, and alignment with business cycles.
  • You'll turn complex data and insights into clear actions, using analytics to improve performance, reduce churn, and unlock new opportunities.
  • You'll collaborate across GTM, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Vodafone Group to deliver aligned, high-value outcomes.
  • You'll inspire and lead a high-performing team, embedding a culture of accountability, strong commercial judgement, and disciplined execution.

  • Proven experience in channel management, ideally within complex, multinational or enterprise environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into tangible, operational results.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align and mobilise senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical capability, with a track record of turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
