Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Grade: 10

Responsibilities
- Prepare clear, executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that focus on effective data storytelling and practical, actionable insights.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial guidance, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Consolidate initiatives, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers from across the business to help shape the financial narrative and provide timely, accurate reporting.
- Lead the consolidation and development of the long-range plan and contribute to the setting of business-wide targets.
- Act as a strong advocate for internal controls and IFRS standards, ensuring SOX compliance is embedded across all financial processes.
- Review existing processes and working practices to identify opportunities for efficiency, enhanced insight, and improved analysis.
- Carry out market and economic analysis and apply this insight to anticipate future performance trends and potential opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience partnering with and supporting director-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Contributes to shaping long-term strategy by using data and insight to inform business direction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in business partnering and strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and explore new possibilities—both individually and collaboratively.
- Able to engage, align, and empower teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
