Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Who you are

  • You bring solid experience in risk management (typically 5+ years), ideally within telecommunications or financial services.
  • You build relationships with empathy, warmth, and trust, while feeling comfortable offering constructive challenge when needed.
  • You're confident navigating ambiguity, bringing calmness, clarity, and reassurance in complex situations.
  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise risk principles, including risk appetite, KRIs, and risk assessment approaches.
  • You communicate with clarity and care, transforming complex ideas into accessible, engaging messages.
  • You enjoy facilitating conversations that bring people together and encourage openness, inclusion, and shared understanding.
  • You're naturally attentive to detail, with a strong sense of integrity and commitment to accuracy.
