Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
As a Test & QA Authority, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high‑quality delivery across complex customer programmes. You'll provide end‑to‑end test leadership, making sure solutions are thoroughly tested, well‑governed and fully aligned with agreed customer requirements and design specifications.
Acting as Programme Test Manager on large or complex initiatives, you'll work closely with Programme Managers and lead Test Managers where required. You'll own the programme test strategy, oversee quality gates and assurance activities, and take accountability for test sign‑off. Alongside this, you'll produce and maintain all key test artefacts, ensuring testing is carried out to robust, agreed standards throughout the lifecycle.
Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager on large-scale, complex technology projects - preferably in SDWAN, networking, contact centre, or data centre domains. In-depth understanding of test management methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance best practices. Hands-on experience with testing network infrastructure, including SDWAN and data centre technologies, voice/contact centre platforms, and network optimisation tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous approach to detail and quality.
