Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do:
- At Vodafone Business, Product isn't just a function - it's the driving force behind customer impact, commercial growth, and business digital transformation.
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Connectivity Product Manager to manage fixed connectivity products within Vodafone Business.
- You will be accountable for the end to end strategy, roadmap and delivery of your products, leading virtual teams to develop features and propositions that drive innovation, commercial performance and customer value.
- This role combines working across Technology, Commercial, Sales and Marketing to deliver differentiated connectivity product/propositions for enterprise and public sector customers.
Key accountabilities include:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities while governing the full product lifecycle from discovery through to retirement.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities, drive innovation, and build business cases that deliver revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
- Lead the cross-functional delivery of new products and capabilities, ensuring successful development, launch readiness, pricing, sales enablement and customer support.
- Take commercial ownership of product performance, monitoring revenue, margin, customer adoption and satisfaction while supporting pricing, investment planning and ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate with Technology, Networks, IT, Commercial, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal and external partners to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
- Enable Sales teams with compelling propositions, positioning and collateral, while supporting strategic customer engagements and translating technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Use customer, sales and performance insights to continuously refine products, improve reporting and optimise market competitiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and emerging technologies across connectivity solutions to identify opportunities for product differentiation and future growth.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in product management, with strong knowledge of enterprise connectivity products (e.g. WAN, Ethernet, DIA, SD-WAN etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from market assessment and roadmap definition through to launch and in-life optimisation.
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional products within large organisations, leading virtual, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, including business case development, pricing, packaging, performance management and market analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders across Product, Networks, Commercial and suppliers.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and customer needs into clear value propositions, product outcomes and sales propositions.
- Strong understanding of product delivery, go-to-market execution, operational processes, sales enablement and service delivery.
- Structured approach to product governance, delivery, risk management, prioritisation and roadmap planning.
