What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across a wide range of initiatives, including product launches, digital journeys, and contracting.
- Support compliance with evolving legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the business while enabling commercial success.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and wider business teams.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure legal advice is aligned with business priorities and delivered in a timely, commercially focused way.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage legal risks, using robust assurance frameworks to mitigate potential exposure.
- Contribute to key regulatory projects and support governance frameworks, ensuring best practice across VodafoneThree.
- Drive continuous improvement in legal processes, embedding simplification, automation, and scalable solutions.
- Support knowledge sharing by developing guidance, training materials, and legal know-how for wider teams.
- Engage with external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and legal partners to align with commercial objectives.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, using insights to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
Who you are:
- A qualified lawyer with experience in a leading telecoms or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of the telecoms sector and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced commercial setting.
- Confident in managing legal risk while balancing business opportunity and growth objectives.
