Location: London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

What you'll do

This role involves supporting Vodafone Business as part of the Business Deals Legal team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality legal advice on a range of initiatives, manage legal risk and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners is crucial, as is driving continuous improvement in legal processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a qualified lawyer in a leading telco, with an understanding of the sector. They should possess strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen and the ability to take ownership of their own caseload and manage legal risk.

Key performance indicators include timely delivery of legal advice, effective risk management and positive stakeholder feedback.

You'll provide clear, pragmatic legal advice across a range of projects helping draft and negotiate contracts, supporting bids and tenders, and making sure the legal approach aligns with Vodafone Business's growth, revenue, and transformation goals.

You'll play a key role in identifying and assessing legal risks, using structured frameworks to reduce exposure to financial, regulatory, or reputational issues. Being proactive is key, helping the business stay ahead rather than reacting later.
