Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

The Intercompany Manager involves instigating and rolling out a VodafoneThree group recharge model to facilitate tax and transfer pricing compliance by achieving correct allocation of costs to each legal entity. This will require understanding and appreciation of the integration plans of all commercial areas to facilitate allocation keys to ensure correct recharging. This role requires interaction with all areas of the business – working closely with legal and tax integration leads to align on approach and ensure relevant legal agreements are in place to support recharging.
