What you'll do:
- The Service Readiness Team manages the demand pipeline for Business Operations, shaping strategic decisions and championing front-line operations across portfolio syncs, agile delivery squads, and IT infrastructure.
- In this role, you'll integrate our Service estate planning and readiness to support Vodafone's 2030 strategy, driving stable realisation of our Signature Experience across key technology changes like ServiceNow.
- You will lead end-to-end planning, demand management, and operational readiness across Core Desk, Billing, Collections, and Enhanced Desk.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams in IT, Finance, Legal, and Commercial, you'll oversee strategic execution from pre-funnel to build-using Azure DevOps data visualisation to track KPIs and optimise governance for great customer and financial outcomes.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and align cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Core and Enhanced Services (or the agility to develop SME-level knowledge).
- Skilled at bridging the gap between front-line operations and the wider business, translating complex technical requirements into operational readiness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with hands-on experience creating both high- and low-level Impact Assessments for strategic programmes.
- Confident representing operational teams at PI planning sessions and portfolio syncs to drive delivery momentum.
- Experience utilising Azure DevOps for workflow and capacity management, alongside familiarity with Power BI for data visualisation is desirable.
