Location: Stoke-on-Trent Contact Centre

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

You will be based in our newly refurbished Contact Centre in Stoke-on-Trent, which has been home to our sales teams for over ten years, and is equipped with spacious lounge areas, product and demo hubs, cafe area and so much more.

What you'll do

  • You'll play a key role in helping Vodafone Business customers get the most out of their technology and connectivity, while also shaping the future of how businesses grow digitally.
  • As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll build meaningful relationships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a real impact - all while being part of a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • You'll build, manage, and grow relationships with existing Vodafone Business customers, ensuring they stay engaged and supported.
  • You'll handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • You'll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio.
  • You'll use solution selling to clearly differentiate Vodafone from competitors and align solutions to customer goals.
  • You'll generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets.
  • You'll manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
  • You'll contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end-to-end, high-quality experience.
  • You'll collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work.
