What you'll do
- Create clear, simple, and user-focused content across web and app journeys.
- Turn business requirements and UX ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand copy.
- Regularly edit and refine content to keep it accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
- Work closely with UX, UI, Product, Legal, and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Develop different content variations to support testing, optimisation, and personalisation.
- Follow content standards, tone of voice, and accessibility best practices.
- Take part in design critiques, peer reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Keep content documentation up to date, including reusable patterns and components.
- Support end-to-end content delivery for new features, updates, and releases.
- Use data, research, and insights to improve content performance and customer outcomes.
Who you are
- Solid experience in digital copywriting, content design, or UX writing.
- Good understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and responsive design.
- Able to take complex information and make it simple and clear for a wide audience.
- Comfortable working as part of cross-functional digital teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (like WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Familiar with CMS platforms and design tools such as Figma.
- Experience using research, analytics, or A/B testing to improve and iterate content.
- Ideally has a background in telecoms, digital services, or other customer-focused industries.
