What You’ll Do
- This role is all about driving the commercial performance of Fixed across both the Vodafone and Three brands. It's a strategic position that sits away from the day to day trading activity, focusing instead on setting the ambition for the year and shaping the long range plan. That includes defining both volume and value targets for the Trading teams.
- You'll take the lead on building our annual forecasts for volumes or value across our core products and add ons, as well as creating and presenting business cases that unlock in year opportunities or long term value.
- The role also plays a key part in setting commercial priorities within our CAPEX planning.
- Take the lead on delivering the annual budget for the Fixed portfolio across both Vodafone and Three, covering sales, upgrades, and churn-looking at both volume and value.
- Work closely with the Channel, Brand, and Trading teams to make sure we're all aligned behind one clear annual plan.
- Own the long range plan for Fixed, making sure any new initiatives, challenges, or risks are built in from the start.
- Build and manage the risks and opportunities log for Fixed, making sure we're actively addressing risks and have a clear line of sight to hitting our budget.
- Take responsibility for Capex sizing across all Fixed products and support the Proposition and Product teams with what they need.
- Lead the development of business cases—whether they’re focused on commercial benefits or improvements to customer experience.
Who You Are
- Solid experience working in commercial management and finance, particularly across the telecoms and tech space.
- Confidence building forecasts, developing business cases and understanding how different financial levers impact performance.
- Experienced in the broadband market and know how to apply different strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Consistently driven performance improvements and delivered results.
- Presented to Director-level stakeholders and securing buy in on key decisions.
