Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do

• As Finance Manager, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping the financial performance of a business undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation.
• You'll partner with Consumer leadership teams to manage Brand, Digital and Loyalty Opex budgets.
• You'll lead planning, forecasting and month-end activities, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and easy to understand.
• You'll bring together and consolidate Opex performance, providing clear analysis, meaningful insights and recommendations.
• You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks and improve financial performance.
• You'll build trusted relationships across the organisation, fostering alignment, transparency and shared accountability.
• You'll help maintain robust financial governance, ensuring clear variance analysis, risk management, synergy tracking and effective financial controls.
• You'll coach, mentor and support a financial analyst, helping them develop their skills, confidence and career aspirations.

Who you are

• Experience in finance business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the curiosity to explore trends, uncover insights and solve problems collaboratively.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively and inclusively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A confident yet approachable communication style, able to influence, guide and support others in a constructive way.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and engagingly.
• A collaborative mindset that values partnership, knowledge-sharing and diverse viewpoints.
