Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do
- As Finance Manager, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping the financial performance of a business undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation.
- You'll partner with Consumer leadership teams to manage Brand, Digital and Loyalty Opex budgets.
- You'll lead planning, forecasting and month-end activities, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and easy to understand.
- You'll bring together and consolidate Opex performance, providing clear analysis, meaningful insights and recommendations.
- You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks and improve financial performance.
- You'll build trusted relationships across the organisation, fostering alignment, transparency and shared accountability.
- You'll help maintain robust financial governance, ensuring clear variance analysis, risk management, synergy tracking and effective financial controls.
- You'll coach, mentor and support a financial analyst, helping them develop their skills, confidence and career aspirations.
