Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do

  • Help drive sustainable growth, protect customer value, and support the delivery of acquisition, retention, and in-life commercial objectives across a strategic account portfolio.
  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your commercial insight, analytical thinking, and ability to bring people together will directly influence business performance.
  • Deliver channel performance across a defined Strategic Alliances & Tech portfolio, supporting acquisition, retention, and customer growth objectives.
  • Translate commercial priorities into clear execution plans and coordinate activities that drive successful outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of trading plans, proposition launches, and commercial initiatives, ensuring activity is aligned to agreed objectives.
  • Manage performance across the commercial lifecycle, helping maximise new business opportunities while protecting existing customer value.
  • Monitor channel performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive action to improve results where needed.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Channel Management teams to transform performance insights into impactful commercial actions.
  • Contribute to financial planning and forecasting, helping ensure trading outcomes support in-year and next-year targets.
  • Take ownership of customer P&L performance within your channel portfolio, supporting revenue growth, margin protection, and in-life value optimisation.
  • Support the delivery of Margin Improvement Plans and Risks & Opportunities initiatives, ensuring priorities are executed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and planning activities by aligning with governance processes, financial cycles, and business assumptions.
  • Work closely with Commissions teams to validate sales performance and ensure compliance with commercial controls and governance standards.
  • Analyse channel insights, including churn, usage, and value performance trends, and use data to recommend targeted interventions.
  • Build strong partnerships across multiple business functions to ensure opportunities move forward smoothly and performance goals are achieved.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality execution at pace.

Who you are

  • Experience in channel management, account performance management, or a related commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, measurable outcomes.
  • Confident making decisions in a dynamic environment and balancing short-term delivery with long-term value creation.
  • Combine analytical thinking with commercial instinct, using data and insight to guide decisions and prioritise actions.
  • Skilled communicator who can clearly explain ideas, influence stakeholders, and build alignment across different teams and levels.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organisation and collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues and functions.
  • Enjoy solving problems, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of delivering positive outcomes.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and a disciplined approach to execution and governance.
  • Bring a balanced blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, helping teams stay focused on achieving shared goals.
