Location: Newbury or Glasgow + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Part time 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do

  • You'll play a key role in shaping how benefits are delivered across Vodafone UK, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and people-first experience.
  • Working closely with the Benefits Manager, you'll take ownership of key activities across the annual benefits calendar, while also driving meaningful improvements through projects and process enhancements.
  • Your impact will be felt across the organisation as you support colleagues, solve challenges, and continuously improve how benefits are delivered.
  • You'll provide expert guidance on UK benefits, confidently supporting and resolving complex queries from employees and stakeholders across the business.
  • You'll act as a trusted escalation point, working with internal teams and external providers to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
  • You'll ensure all benefit processes and controls are running effectively, proactively identifying risks and improving systems where needed.
  • You'll take the lead on benefits-related projects and support key annual activities such as launches and benefits windows.
  • You'll create and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation, continuously improving how things are done.
  • You'll collaborate with a wide range of teams, influencing stakeholders and driving consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Who you are

  • You'll have strong experience in HR or Benefits, with a solid understanding of UK benefits and relevant legislation.
  • You'll be confident explaining complex information in a simple, clear, and engaging way - both written and verbally.
  • You'll be highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll bring a collaborative mindset, building relationships and positively influencing others across teams.
  • You'll approach challenges with a logical, analytical mindset and a focus on finding smart, practical solutions.
  • You'll be naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
  • You'll have experience delivering projects in a corporate environment (or formal project management training).
  • You'll be CIPD qualified, with around 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
