What you’ll be doing: From supporting a customer to repairing faulty devices, our technology experts never stand still. They open what’s possible for customers who may be struggling with their tech, and coach others to reach their best. Whether you are training a new team member, helping out on the floor in the lunchtime rush, cashing up, or discussing how to keep customer satisfaction levels sky high at a team meeting, you’ll keep things constantly improving.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for people who are level‑headed, have a mature mind‑set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most valuable brands.
