What You’ll Do
- You’ll build, manage, and grow relationships with existing Vodafone Business customers, ensuring they stay engaged and supported.
- You’ll handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience.
- You’ll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio.
- You’ll use solution selling to clearly differentiate Vodafone from competitors and align solutions to customer goals.
