Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

  • In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving transformation—ensuring that investment decisions deliver real value, performance stays on track, and leadership has the insights needed to make confident, impactful decisions.
  • You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Business Operations and Finance, translating complex data into clear stories that guide the business forward.
  • Develop and manage compelling business cases that support transformation initiatives.
  • Provide insight to help prioritise investments and shape strategic decisions.
  • Track and report value delivery against agreed financial and operational targets.
  • Identify risks to value delivery and drive mitigation actions to keep programmes on track.
  • Deliver clear, structured reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain robust value tracking frameworks and methodologies.
  • Create performance dashboards and reporting that enable leadership visibility.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment on targets and outcomes.
  • Support quarterly performance and value review cycles, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Who You Are:

  • You have strong experience in financial analysis, business case development, and performance management.
  • You’re confident tracking and validating financial and operational benefits across complex programmes.
  • You bring advanced data analysis skills (e.g. Excel, financial modelling, performance reporting).
  • You have strong commercial awareness and understand cost drivers and value levers within service operations.
  • You’re comfortable working closely with Finance and business stakeholders to align on targets and performance.
  • You can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior decision-making.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your analysis and reporting.
  • You understand the telecoms industry and its market dynamics (consulting experience is a plus).
